Lodi, CA Pet Boarding

lodi ca veterinarian

When traveling for business or taking your family on vacation there is a lot to do and enough stress without having to worry about who is going to take care of your beloved animal companion. This is especially true if your pet has a chronic or acute medical condition that requires a caregiver with some veterinary knowledge and experience.

This is why Harris Veterinary Hospital in Lodi, CA offers veterinarian-supervised pet boarding as a service to our clients.

Your pet's special health needs, such as medicine administration, food preparation, and exercise restrictions, will all be reviewed with you. In many cases, clients will bring their pet's own food as many are on special diets.

All boarding pets receive a checkup from our veterinarian. Toys and other personal items are welcome to help make the pet as comfortable as possible.

We feed our boarding animals a high-quality Purina veterinary diet.

Routine DHPPC and Rabies vaccinations are required. Leukemia vaccinations for cats are recommended but not required. If a pet is not up-to-date, we can update them on arrival.
